Lynn & Sylvia evangelize and disciple internationals.  Previously they spent many years in Indonesia with New Tribes Mission.  

They have been married for 40 years and have four grown children.

Missions History

• My mission purpose is to be used by God to interface the International community with the Anglo community in order to bring a mutual respect and interaction to the glory of God.

• Dedicated my life to the Lord through 1 Cor. 6:19, 20

• Called into missions through Matt. 4:18-22 while preparing to teach a Bible class.

• Completed New Tribes Mission training and ordination.

• Taught cross-culture course at New Tribes Mission training institute.

• Served with New Tribes Mission on the field of Indonesia as business manager and Bible teacher.

• Assisted in starting SIM USA Ethnic Focus Ministry Charlotte. 
• Completed SIL Intercultural Communications Course.
• Established an Ethnic pastors and lay leaders monthly Prayer Breakfast/Charlotte.
• Helped plan and organize a consultation between Anglo and Ethnic pastors.

• Volunteer staff at Calvary Church in charge of Ethnic Ministries.
• Planted a Latino congregation at Calvary.
•  Started ESL (English as a second language) program at Calvary.
• Started Newcomers Asian Indian Fellowship at Calvary.
• Member of National Steering Committee of EAN (Ethnic America Network).
• Mentor for Global Focus.
• Mentor and trainer for cross-cultural ministry in American churches.
• Since 1996 Sylvia and I have planned and organized the Celebration of Nations (a multi-Ethnic Christmas dinner with over 400 Internationals and 30 plus language groups represented).
