Aid to Women is a
non-profit Christian pregnancy resource center which empowers multiple
generations to make life-affirming choices. They provide abstinence education to
schools, churches, and community organizations to help students form healthy
relationships and reserve sexual activity for marriage. The ministry also
provides education and compassionate support to women dealing with an unintended
pregnancy through free pregnancy tests and options counseling. Peer counselors
help women address their feelings and pressures and identify their strengths and
sources of support to make positive choices, rather than choices based on fear.
In addition, Aid to Women offers recovery Bible study classes to help women struggling with a past abortion find support and healing. Through the Earn While You Learn program, ATW offers on-going support to women and families through life skills and Bible study classes and material assistance, including food, clothing, and baby items.
